Return and Refund Policy
The return and refund policy is designed to clarify refunds and project cancellations.
Clients are entitled to request a refund within 24 hours of making a payment; however, refunds will not be issued beyond this time frame.
The refund process typically takes 5-7 Business Days for the credited amount to reflect in your bank account.
It's important to note that cancellation is no longer feasible once a project has been initiated.
In the event of a project cancellation after initiation, a 25% refund will be granted however in the case of customised projects, a refund of the initial payment will not be granted.
Therefore, we kindly advise against requesting a refund once the project is underway.
We adhere to a strict policy where all sales are considered final.
If you intend to cancel a project, we can accommodate such requests within the first twenty-four hours of project acceptance and only for non-customisation projects.
We offer exchanges only in the rare case of a damaged product being sent by our side.
We strictly do not offer any returns.
